Adrienne served on the Board of Housing New Zealand as Deputy Chair and Chair for almost 10 years. In this time, she led the rapid development of the first tranch of transitional social housing at scale. She chaired the Capital Committee of Housing New Zealand, which saw a multi-billion dollar business case approval of the Auckland housing programme by Cabinet. During her tenure with New Zealand’s pre-eminent and largest social housing provider, she also governed the development of much higher standards for State housing asset management and improved tenancy management of social housing tenants.

Adrienne’s current and past Board roles also span major infrastructure projects, urban growth and transport. A former Chair of Eke Panuku and Hobsonville Land Company Limited, she has overseen significant land and property investment for social purpose. In addition, she has held directorships with Auckland City Council Property Enterprise Board, Waterfront Auckland Limited, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport and the Auckland Regional Transport Authority and was, most recently, Chair of Queenstown Airport Corporation.

Stephen Titter has a background in property, finance, accounting, business transactions & structuring, and taxation. He was a senior partner with EY (formerly Ernst & Young), practicing in New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. He advised clients’ management and Boards, helped develop EY’s senior personnel & partners, and was engaged in both management and governance roles for the firm, including risk & quality management. Stephen is now an independent director and business & strategy mentor to corporate and not-for-profit organisations currently including BRANZ Inc, Jennian Group Limited, Sargon (NZ) Limited, The Selwyn Foundation, The Woolstore Group, and The American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand

Dr Sue Watson

Dr Sue Watson has extensive experience in not for profit governance and executive leadership. Her expertise includes strategic planning, partnerships and capability and organisational development. She is currently the Chair of CORT Community Housing and a director of Puhinui Park General Partnership. Over the past seven years she has governed a number of large scale community housing developments. Sue is committed to using her experience to increase the number of quality affordable homes and social rentals to meet the continuing demand in Auckland.

Jason Kereama Rogers (BMS (Hons), CA ANZ) is a Professional Director and Trustee with a diverse background in executive, advisory, and governance roles. He has extensive experience managing assets, businesses, Iwi settlement entities, NGOs, and property development LPs. Jason's career includes working at prestigious firms such as EY, Bankers Trust, Pacific Investments PLC, and Generation Homes and covers a wide range of sectors. Jason is dedicated to advancing the interests of Iwi, Pacifica, and underprivileged communities by utilising economic capacity for better outcomes.

Gillian Schweizer

CEO

Gillian has worked in the health and disability and social services sectors for over 25 years. Originally qualified as a Speech Language Therapist, she also studied business at Auckland University. She has significant experience leading large teams involved in brain injury rehabilitation, community nursing and mental health. Gillian is deeply committed to providing service and support to the highest level, and as CEO she will lead the Haumaru Housing strategy to ensure social housing and the services which support it are resourced and delivered to the highest standard.
