Adrienne Young-Cooper
Board Chair

Adrienne served on the Board of Housing New Zealand as Deputy Chair and Chair for almost 10 years. In this time, she led the rapid development of the first tranch of transitional social housing at scale. She chaired the Capital Committee of Housing New Zealand, which saw a multi-billion dollar business case approval of the Auckland housing programme by Cabinet. During her tenure with New Zealand’s pre-eminent and largest social housing provider, she also governed the development of much higher standards for State housing asset management and improved tenancy management of social housing tenants.
Adrienne ‘s other current governance roles include inaugural chair of Wait̄i Water the new water services organisation for the eastern area of the lower North Island, on the interim board of Auckland Transport and trustee of Cornwall Park Trust Board, a privately endowed trust that owns and operates the largest urban park in Auckland. Adrienne’ past Board roles also span major infrastructure projects, urban growth and transport. A former Chair of Eke Panuku and Hobsonville Land Company Limited, she has overseen significant land and property investment for social purpose. In addition, she has held directorships with Auckland City Council Property Enterprise Board, Waterfront Auckland Limited, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport and the Auckland Regional Transport Authority and was, most recently, Chair of Queenstown Airport Corporation.
Stephen Titter
Board Member, Audit & Risk Committee Member

Stephen has a background in property, finance, accounting, business transactions & structuring, and taxation. He was a senior partner with EY, practicing in New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. He advised clients’ management and boards, whilst also engaged in management, governance and risk management roles for EY.
Stephen is now an independent director & trustee and a governance & strategy adviser to corporate and not-for-profit organisations, currently including Haumaru Housing, Foundation North, Windcave Pty Limited, The Woolstore Group, and The American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand.
Previously, Stephen was the deputy chair of The Selwyn Foundation where he sat on the finance & investment and operations committees, and a director and chair of the audit & risk committees of BRANZ, Sargon (NZ) Limited, realestate.co.nz, and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Jason Rogers
Board Member, Audit and Risk Committee Chair
Jason (BMS (Hons), CA ANZ) is a Professional Director and Trustee with a diverse background in management, advisory and governance roles. He has extensive experience in property development & financing, managing assets & businesses, Iwi Settlement Entities, NGOs, CHPs, risk management and Charitable Trusts. Jason's career includes working at global firms such as EY, Bankers Trust and Pacific Investments PLC. He also worked for NZ group builder, Generation Homes. He has experience across a wide range of sectors. Jason is dedicated to advancing the interests of Iwi, Pacifica and communities by utilising economic capacity to generate better outcomes.
Kirsten Andrews
Board Member
Kirsten is an experienced governance professional with a 30-year career in property management, development, and strategic asset management. She brings a blend of commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive experience across residential development, build to rent, commercial management and development, and public infrastructure. A Chartered Accountant and senior executive, she contributes strong financial oversight, strategic thinking, and a commitment to community-focused outcomes. She currently serves as an Independent Director on West Auckland Trust Services, including chairing the property investment committee, and she is a Trustee for Caughey Preston Trust and a member of the Investment Committee.
Eru Lyndon
Board Member
Eru (LLB, MBA (dist.)) is of Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Hine, Ngāti Whatua, Ngāti Wai, Ngāti Kahu and Ngati Toa descent. In addition to his role as a member of the Haumaru Housing Board, he is Deputy Chair of The Selwyn Foundation Board and also sits on the Board of Selwyn Village Ltd. As an executive, Eru was the Regional Commissioner for Social Development, Northland, at the Ministry of Social Development, and the inaugural Public Service Commissioner for Northland on behalf of the Public Service Commission. He holds a portfolio of governance roles spanning tourism, health and sport, and has also held governance roles in the tertiary education sector including as a current member of the University of Auckland Business School’s advisory board.
Eru has experience in pre- and post-settlement hapu and Iwi contexts, and is proud of the extensive work he has led in relation to the Crown-Māori relationship: in partnership with Iwi Māori and local government leaders, he led two regional responses to COVID-related lockdowns.
Eru holds a Bachelor of Laws, an MBA (dist. and valedictorian) and has completed executive programmes at IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland), Stanford and MIT (Boston, USA).
Olivia Poulsen
Chief Executive Officer
Olivia has extensive leadership experience gained over 20-plus years, having previously held senior positions across the property, infrastructure and investment sectors. In her former role as Chief Executive of Tupu Angitu, the commercial entity of the Lake Taupō Forest Trust, she led the development of a diversified investment portfolio valued at more than $500 million across property, infrastructure, tourism and energy. Prior to that, she was Executive General Manager Property at KiwiRail, overseeing a nationwide property portfolio and leading a team of 45 people.
Olivia is passionate about the role that quality infrastructure and safe, secure housing play in helping communities thrive. As Haumaru continues to grow to meet the increasing need for affordable, secure homes for older Aucklanders, she is deeply committed to providing service and support to the highest level, as she guides the organisation through its next exciting phase of development.
