To apply for your new home, please follow these instructions.

  1. Have you checked your eligibility? Click here to view.
  2. If you believe you meet the criteria, download, complete and sign both an application form and a doctors consent form.
  3. Please attach proof of your age. A copy of your birth certificate, drivers licence or passport.
  4. Please attach proof of your weekly income. Eg. Statement from Work & income or payslips from the last 3 months.

Your application will be assessed by Haumaru Housing Limited Partnership. If you are eligible, you will be invited to an interview where your housing needs will be assessed.  You are welcome to bring a support person or interpreter.

Note: If the requested documentation is not supplied within one month, or we are unable to contact you, your application will be cancelled.
